programme in collaboration with a number of major research organisations
- An Energy Auditing "Benchmark
Experiment" in which commercial energy audits were carried
out on the same set of carefully studied buildings in order to
assess their accuracy. The audits were found to be very unreliable
with no correlation between accuracy and cost.
- Monitoring
and analysis techniques for both solar building components and

techniques have been extensively used at the J.R.C. in its research
activities on buildings.
